Possible risks during the photoshoot:

  • Malfunctioning equipment

Equipment such as lights, cameras, fans and clothes need good care as they can be damaged and delay/cancel the photoshoot. For example, a spilled drink on the clothes can make the whole outfit unawerable. Therefore storing the equipment is crucial to avoid these situations.

  • Tripping on cables

Cables left on the floor of the studio may create a possible danger to each person involved in the photoshoot as they can tripp in them creating injuries. This can directly affect the photoshoot in the present and future. Having cable management would prevent this from happening for example taping the cables to the floor or creating a tunnel for each one.

  • dropping the camera

Dropping the camera may result in critical damage which can create financial problems as studio grade cameras are expensive. This can further delay the photoshoot. It can be prevented by having a strap around the photographer's neck when he makes the pictures.

  • Running out of storage or battery

A camera needs storage and battery to be able to take photos. If one of those factors is missing the photoshoot may be delayed till the battery is charged or the storage is emptied. This can be prevented by doing a check before the shoot.

  • Breaks, food and water

Every human has basic needs that need to be fulfilled for example water, food and breaks. These factors must be available during the shoot to prevent different health issues that can impact people. For example, being dehydrated can make people faint. This can be prevented by having a supply of goods during the shoot.

In conclusion, I need to be responsible for preventing any problems from occurring and to make sure the process is flawless. This list will help me create the necessary photos without having too much of a headache by preventing casualties.
