BUDGET
I calculated the total expected budget to be 114+84+150+57= 405RON per person
What that will include will be
Transportation ( Uber/Bolt, as we will have the gear to carry around. Therefore, foot or public transportation methods are not optimal )
We have planned three trips to take on the 19th, two trips on the 20th, three on the 19th March, two on the 20th and two on the 21st. These are all back and forth, and I live in the city centre, which will help keep the cost down as most of the places are in the surroundings, but the minimum spend on Bolt is 17 RON therefore, I will make the medium to be 19 RON per trip. The grand total is 228RON, which is then divided by 2, becoming 114RON per head. Rianna will have to pay more for transportation or will have to find a way to come to my house on certain days as here will be the starting point of the day, and she lives far away from me.
Entry Fees ( The Dali Museum has an entry fee, and Meron Gallery has a policy of buying at least one product on their menu )
The entry Fee for the Dali Museum is 80RON, but for Students, it is 65RON. At Meron, we expect to pay 19RON for coffee each, bringing the grand total to 84RON
Food ( We might get hungry during the day. Therefore, a stop for fueling ourselves will be taken into consideration )
This expense is very variable as it depends on where we are and what we want to eat, but to be safe, I will plan 150RON for each of us.
Coffee ( It will be needed to keep our energy levels high )
The Coffee prices vary as each coffee place has different prices, but mostly, I drink from Meron or Gloria, which both charge 19RON per Flat white and Iced double-shot coffee. The number of times we will drink coffee again depends, but I will expect to drink when we are in the city filming, so in February, and when we are going to Dali's museum. This makes 3 Coffees per Person, so 57RON.
We won't have to pay for the mise en scene or Actors as they volunteered, and we go to their Workspace, which already has everything we want to show. Other expenses, such as Electricity bills to keep my Computer running or Water, won't be taken into consideration.
RISK ASSESSMENT
I have calculated the possibility of 3 main risks that can occur.
⁃ Equipment failure
⁃ Physical threats
⁃ Schedule Incomforts

To prevent any of these risks from happening, I will take certain safety measures such as checking the equipment the night before to be charged and ready, during filming, being careful and slow with the gear, having awareness of the environment and what hazards surround us, and checking the weather.
Rianna will play a big part in reducing the risks as she is Assistant Producer, and I will task her with multiple safety procedures, like checking the bolts at the Tripod before every shoot to prevent any possible falls from happening, or creating awareness of the surrounding environment, like cables on the floor.
