After looking at all the footage and making the selection, we decided to change things up a bit from our initial idea. Because of the missing connection between footage, we decided to incorporate an effect that shows the title of the topic that will be discussed. This will create a bridge between issues and allow us to smoothly transition from different subjects without the need for narration.
We still want to deliver the same message and help young people make future decisions, but we also don't want to make things feel rushed by incorporating every topic in 5 minutes. The first minute will for sure be an introduction of the two painters, plus the effect we planned in the storyboard post. Then the next 4 minutes will focus only on painters and their opinion on these three topics: Difficulties, Community, and Inspiration. In my opinion, these topics are helpful when creating an idea of being an artist in an Eastern European Country, and they will create a seamless transition between different footage. By adopting this method, we can forecast what the rest of the documentary will be about by going with these questions at different types of artists. So we will start with Painters, then sculptors, and so on. Now we have a better structure on which we can go on to edit the rest of the footage.
